"We arrived on Christmas eve, walked in and were told that the hotel would not be accepting guests because it was Christmas eve. I showed them our reservation and they indicated that those had all been cancelled yet we were never informed by Expedia, my multiple attempts to contact expedia were fruitless, no one ever answered the phone or responded to emails."

"Hotel is newer and it's modern and very clean. The room was a double and was very spacious. No enclosed closet, no fridge, no microwave. It has air conditioning. It was a bit noisy since it's on the main highway and could hear noise from passing cars and music playing in the area. It has the essentials for the bathroom. We walked into the Centro and took us about 10 minutes. We only stayed one night but it was comfy and restful. "
