「First room the toilet would not flush/tank would not fill unless I took off the tank lid and held the flapper down until the tank filled. Second room smelled horrible. Possible carpet freshener used excessively. Borrowed a vacuum and vacuumed 3 times and purchased an air purifier but it didn't help. I left after one night in each room with two more nights prepaid for that I was unable to get a refund for. Horrible experience and I definitely don't recommend this hotel. 」

「My family of 5 (3 boys 15, 12, and 10) just needed a place to rest for 6 to 8 hours as we were traveling from Chicago to Colorado. Booked this room on the road and it was perfect, just what we needed. Front desk was friendly and checked us in quickly and we were sleeping within 15 minutes. In the morning we had a nice breakfast, including waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, etc. We were very pleased with the breakfast as some hotels barely have anything. t's not a luxurious place but...

「Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.」

「This property was nice and clean and rooms seemed remodeled. Very convenient to I-80 and lots of food options in the area. The only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was severely lacking in options - literally only had cereal, waffles or yogurt cups available. 」

「We had a quick one-night stay in Lincoln. The hotel was just off the interstate, and easy to access. There were a number of restaurants in the area. They advertise a hot breakfast, but the only thing hot were the waffles (not my favorite). It was a very clean, comfortable family owned and run hotel. I would certainly stay again, and I do recommend them if you are looking for clean comfortable hotels with limited amenities. And the price was right!」

「There was a flashing light on a detector in our room that was distracting and the A/C didn't really cool the greatest and it was a little noisy when it did kick on. Otherwise I would definitely stay again as the Kickback and breakfast is definitely worth it!!」

「The breakfast menu was sparse, no fresh fruit and no bread for toast. The orange juice was empty of concentrate so only slightly orange-colored water dispensed. In a 2-Queen bed room only 2 sets of towels were stocked. There had been a sports team staying the night before, so it was unclear at initial check-in if room was even ready, and the desk staff did not explain this well.」
