1. I was charged before I even physically checked in. I was planning to pay cash as Expedia booking advised I could pay at the hotel. 2. I did not get the room that I reserved. At the moment I was going to complain since it was just about midnight. Was put in a double queen room. 4. They put me in a room with a conjoined door. I’m a woman traveling alone with 2 children. I did not feel safe. 5. Got into the room, the light switch did not work. They had 2 lamps in the room, and it was freezing. 6. There were dirt smears all over the wall next to one of the beds. 7. The window was unlocked - glad I checked it. 8. Black mold in the shower on the ceiling. 9. The tv, coffee maker, fridge, microwave were plugged in an extension that was plugged into an extension. 10. The neighbors dog was loud and barking all night which honestly not even that big of deal. 11. The tv didn’t even work. 12. The closet was nasty along the walls and where trim should be. 13. Old looking, peeling, wall paper in the closet. All in all was a HUGE disappointment. I stayed at La Quinta the night before, was $50 cheaper, they gave my cat treats, everything worked and it was very clean.

Our door didn’t even close… you had to like pull it off the hinges to get it to shut. The breakfast was horrible lol. The wifi didn’t work. I had to use McDonald’s wifi the entire stay. The rate should’ve been like 70$ feels like a rip off to have paid almost 400$ for 2 nights with that being the state of the hotel.

This was just an ok property. The biggest surprise to me was that when they ran my credit card for any incidentals, there was a 1.00 charge. That charge has not been reimbursed, so it looks like they just keep it. Not a big enough deal to fight about but I won't be back.

Kind of run down

Front desk service was fine. The guy there was accommodating when I asked for a first floor room. Cleanliness of room was pretty iffy. Hair in the bathtub and sink, a couple of the towels were suspect, we found bits of stuff on the floor that should have been picked up if a vacuum was done. Breakfast looked like it could haven been good, but when I got there, an hour before they closed, they were out of biscuts and potatoes. The only hot food left was some sausage and the dregs of some scrambled eggs. Would not reccomend.

Everything was broken. Flood in our bathroom due to leak above us. Only one door on closet that was supposed to have two. Didn't tell us that only had maid service once every 3 days. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Must be “remodeling” however the boxes and garbage cans were in hallways, and were even blocking the stairwell on one side. I think we were in a “remodeled” but the newer side tables were chipped up and broken on the corners. The room was clean but not clean to where I felt like I could go barefoot in the room. Should upgrade the mattresses if your remodeling as they were not the best. The free breakfast was OK but we waited for more of all the hot food for 20 minutes then just had toast. I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly but hard to understand as had very broken English the 2 that I spoke to but were very nice.
