“I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. There was human feces on the hallway floor, first floor this morning morning! Thank you for the nice touches such as earplugs, kitchen amenities and bed mattress. ”

“House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍”

“Close to Little Italy and to my daughter’s place. So that was nice. Farmers market and all the places to eat at were amazing. Daily runs to the pier. Some real steep hills though toward Balboa. Otherwise great location except for the noise when sitting out in the back but enjoyed watching the aircraft at the airport.”

“Communication with the host and check in/check out were very easy. You could see into the house from the doors of the guest house but they put blinds on the guest house doors in case you wanted privacy. The iron was leaky and the plugs on the power strip that was left of the bed did not work. The location was great and we could walk to food/public transportation.”

“My family and friends have been booking this home and it never fails us. It’s clean and spacious and property manager always answers. Respect the house.”

“Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. I wish I could give them ten……

“A delightfully charming and comfortable home. Great neighborhood, and the owners treated us to a bag of oranges picked from their tree that morning. Would recommend! Plenty of room for a family vacation. Kitchen was well equipped.”
