The service from all staffs are very nice. The suites are large and comfortable with lots of closet space. It is conveniently located beside a subway, also free parking if you decide to drive. There's about 4 coffee shops in the same building, a large department store with ample food selection. A few downsides are I was not expecting was that you have to purchase tickets to enter the swimming pool. The price ranges from offseason, weekday to weekend. Also, since the suites were so large, if there was another bathroom that would of been perfect.

Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.

"The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies ..."
