“First of all in the handicap room they only give you one bar of soap and the sink is about 25 feet away from the toilet. If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet. The second day the staff never came in……

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and……

“It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.”

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“The history of Marv Herzog Polka band leader is always interesting. There are displays and pictures of the Polka band in the hotel and polka music.”
