“Lovely stay at Hotel Passaflores. We stayed at this beautiful hotel with a group. The rooms are spacious well appointed with thoughtful toiletries. The grounds are quintessential Jardin. “Wow, this place was breath taking and on top of that it had such a friendly staff. This was just right outside of town and pretty easy to get a tuk tuk there and back from town. The bartender Luis took amazing care of us from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. “The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children.
The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away”
