A guy coming after my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend with a tazer when they pulled up after going to the store. My daughter had to call me so I could go down and walk them upstairs to our condo! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"We had a wonderful time reconnecting with our families from Texas, Minnesota, Virginia and here on the Outer Banks. The location was perfect- away from the headache of beach/tourist traffic, but close enough to get to the beach without a lot of hassle. We loved the pool, hot tub and bicycles. The neighborhood and adjacent timeshare property was lovely for walks and bike rides. Check in was super easy, and communication from the owners was timely!"

"The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. The bicycles (4) that were listed for our use all had flat tires. One tire even came off the rim when we tried to move the bike. The bike pump that was provided did not work. That was a disappointment, because we would have enjoyed biking in the area. The appliances could use a bit of an update too."
