Perfect property

We were nine people and found the house to be excellent, pool was wonderful, Aguilarent personnel were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our problems in understanding how things worked. Overall, we would like to return to this house and Javea itself, which we found the best of that coast line.

Disappointing stay

mould in various parts of the villa. •Bites have been given from the beds, we suspect bedbugs. •very poor mattresses. •poor condition outside furniture. •dirty cutlery and plates. •poor condition oven •poor condition hob which is dangerous and should be looked at before renting out again. •Condition of the pool is very poor with many tiles found at the bottom of the pool which were there when we arrived and pointed out to the maintenance man. •sun loungers are in terrible condition and should be replaced. •electric gate is not operational and has been provided with very poor condition key fobs. •window blinds are broken and do not operate in various locations around the house and are missing levers. •we feel the basement area should be advertised more clearly as it’s effectively a separate part of the house and not connected to the main house. •showers are poor with only intermittent hot water.

l'ouverture automatique du portail d'entrée n'a été réparée que 13 jours après notre arrivée, ce qui nous a obligé à l'ouvrir et le fermer manuellement, à chaque fois !! nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le canapé du studio au RDC à cause de l'humidité et le bruit de l'extracteur trop intense !! le miroir de la SDB du studio était inutilisable car complètement taché par la moisissure !! la cafetière électrique de la cuisine principale a pris feu au niveau de l'interrupteur avec flammes et fumée, nous avons dû débrancher immédiatement la prise de courant pour éviter un court-circuit et un incendie.... devenue inutilisable, nous avons dû avoir recours à celle qui se trouvait dans la cuisine du studio (heureusement !!) !!! de grandes taches de moisissures sont présentes sur les margelles en pierre de la piscine et les transats blancs : franchement dégoutants !! des petits carrelages de la mosaïque de la piscine se décollent et sont dangereux pour les enfants !!! le dérouleur à papier du WC de l'entrée principale était si vieux et rouillé, qu'il nous est resté en main et donc cassé !! Toute la villa sent le moisi dès l'instant où l'on coupe la climatisation et l'on ferme les portes, surtout au niveau du studio qui se trouve au niveau de la piscine.. Cette villa ne devrait pas être louée pour 12 personnes car le studio qui est pour 4 personnes est complètement insalubre... Dommage, cette villa est magnifique mais trop chère pour les prestations offertes!!

Die Buchung und der Schriftverkehr waren tadellos. Wir mussten unsere Buchung wegen Corona und Lockdown verschieben. Uns wurde gleich eine Gutschrift ausgestellt. Wir fühlten uns trotz mehreren Problemen bei der Vermietung sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Villa und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Ein paar Autominuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Auch die Strandpromenade war wie man es sich von Spanien erwartet. Tolle Lokale. Leider war das Meer nicht sehr sauber. Das Wasser war voll mit kleingeschnittenen Seegras, man konnte kaum den Meeresgrund sehen.

Casa ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo. Mucha privacidad. La casa está muy bien. Muy completa. La terraza permite comer siempre en el exterior. La piscina amplia (aunque demasiado profunda) Eso sí, si estás buscando una casa con cinco habitaciones está no es una buena opción. La quinta habitación es un apartamento con acceso independiente, con un grave problema de humedad. Se hace imposible pasar la noche en dicha habitación. Y el sofá cama disponible es muy básico. Para el resto de casos, la casa es muy recomendable.

Für Junge Gruppen aber auch für Familien der ideale Ort zum entspannen. Die Villa liegt ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen!
