In general Okay

All is working, just missing more cozy environment (too cold) e.g. with some plants or paintings on walls. In addition, there was a leak with bath tub so the one downstairs had some water, and then the apartment administrator was closing the water from Friday late evening to somewhere Saturday - until the rental manager have the water opened again. But then there was problem with the hot water due to a old water tank.
