Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Julien. L’endroit est magnifique, parfaitement situé et très agréable à vivre. Ha sido muy agradable la estancia, con aires acondicionados en toda la casa, estaba muy limpia. Faltaban algunos productos de uso básico como el papel higiénico y el jabon para limpiar los platos. Pero resumidamente ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Muy grande, buena terraza y piscina

Había muchas comodidades, el dueño nos dejó entrar antes de la hora y salir cuando quisieramos. Casa en reforma. Wc nuevos. Faltaría mejorar almohadas y camas. Y construir una buena barbacoa. Pero estuvimos muy agusto.

Ubicación buena en una casa cómoda con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la casa al principio pero el propietario los fue resolviendo. Salvo el WiFi que no llegó a funcionar en ningún momento.

Very nice house.

The house is great and the swimming pool is a must for big families with kids. There was everything in the house that we needed and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning in the house and for people from nordic countries it can be very difficult to stand the heat on the hottest days. But according to Julian there will be a air conditioning installed next year, it will make this house just perfect :) The house is located very central, it is only 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to next supermarket. We recommend this house for big families :)

Zauberhafte Villa im shabby chic

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit einem toll gestalteten Garten, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, auch die Fensteranlagen sind neu. Zimmer und Möblierung sind in Ordnung. Die Küche war teilweise nicht richtig nutzbar, am Gasherd war eine Feuerstelle nicht nutzbar und der Kühlschrank sehr alt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren neu. Der BBQ im Außenbereich war leider total sanierungsbedürftig und nicht nutzbar, Pool war vollkommen ausreichend und gepflegt, einige Liegen leider defekt. Nachdem wir geräumt und Sitzkissen für draußen gekauft haben, war trotz der beschriebenen Mängel alles ganz wunderbar und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach toll.

Nice place and good organised

We really like the time there. Good organised. Everything was there. Some cosmetic things can be better. But we didn’t care. But we can imagine that people fall about it. We were there with a small kid and some adults. But we really enjoyed our stay there. And will book again when we want to go back.

La pasamos bien somos una familia grande

La persona que te recibe muy amable, la villa está cerca de todo Mercadona Aldi Carrefour las playas etc. Es muy acogedora tiene estancias muy bonitas, la pasé genial con toda mi familia fuimos 13 y de espacio muy bien, la única pega la conexión del wifi muy débil y las teles no tienen canales en castellano por lo demás lo recomiendo.

Un casa en buen estado, con baño reformados, piscina y mucha capacidad para un grupo. El propietario nos envío la instrucciones con antelación y la persona que lo gestiona fue muy amable. A mejorar la conectividad del wifi.

Buena ubicacion, piscina suficiente pero la vivienda necesita reformas y mejoras en el mobiliario.

Lo mejor la ubicacion, la piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse, la casa necesita una mano de pintura, las ventanas son muy antiguas y necesitan cambiar la carpinteria, la cocina es poco practica y faltan sartenes y menaje, los colchones son incomodos y las almohadas son inservibles totalmente, Ademas, pedir un 10% del alquiler extra en efectivo y en concepto de limpieza me parece excesivo y deberia estar incluido en el alquiler como es habitual en otras viviendas en las que hemos estado.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, platos y vasos en el armario sucios, incluso con comida, sábanas con pelotillas y cojines en vez de almohadas. El precio final en la pagina no incluye el pago en EFECTIVO que te recoge la conserje a la hora de la entrada. Limpieza la cual no incluye sacar la basura, sacar lavavajillas... Te hacen limpiar horno, barbacoa, ceniceros... Una auténtica patraña.

Buena casa

La vivienda, la atención y la limpieza recibida ha sido muy buena. No obstante, habría dos cosas que destacaría: las escaleras y la piscina. En relación a las escaleras, éstas son mortales ya que tienes que ir con mucho cuidado para apoyar bien el pie, si vas con un bebé la situación es más compleja todavía al coordinar ambas tareas. Y por otro lado la piscina pues la mitad de mi grupo ha sufrido otitis por lo que recomendaría que lo controlasen más.
