Perfect location and very generous in size. Minor problems with blocked toilets sorted very quickly by management company. Stunning views and close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. Traditional decoration, just needs a bit of updating in places and would benefit from air con in all bedrooms. However, we would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Great lcoation and large Villa with Pool but needs some updating

The location is great and only a short walk to the supermarket and El Arenal promenade and beach. We walked to and from Javea Old Town as well, although that is much further. The Old Town and its Food Market were a real highlight. The Villa is a great size with plenty of surrounding garden space and a large pool. There were 13 in our group (7 adults, and 6 children of varying ages) and everyone was more than happy. The large balcony upstairs that wraps around the majority of the Villa is a lovely place to have breakfast or enjoy wine in the evening while watching the sunset behind the mountain. The decor is very tired and is long overdue to be updated. The air conditioning is only available in the 3 bedrooms and living room located upstairs. The 3 bedrooms and living area downstairs do not have any air conditioning. We had a great stay and would recommend but hope that the owners make the necessary improvements so that future guests have an even better and more comfortable stay.

En fait, j'ai le sentiment d'avoir payé trop cher une location qui n'est pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.Si la maison offre de beaux volumes pour 11 personnes, les terrasses couvertes spacieuses avec des stores en bon état, un mobilier correct,deux places de parking ombragées, une piscine aux dimensions confortables, bien entretenue par vos équipes.Il y a par contre beaucoup de réserves à évoquer :- un wifi qui propose 5 Mbs en moyenne, alors qu'une simple TV-Box réclame minimum 50 à 100 Mbs, sans compter une dizaine de smartphones en connexion,- 4 salles de bains sur 5, sont plutôt rudimentaires, seule la SdB à l'étage est correcte.- la literie est globalement propre, mais usée et inconfortable,- les chambres du rez de chaussée avec ventilateurs mais sans climatisation,- au RdCh les huisseries (portes en particulier) sont badigeonnées par un peintre amateur, qui a sévit sur quelques meubles également, avec le même pinceau et la même peinture (table de séjour, ensemble cuisine etc...)- les espaces barbecue et bar au RdCh sont équipés d'un réfrigérateur, mais complétement vides de verres et de vaisselle

Casa estupenda para muchas personas

La casa tiene un tamaño estupendo, muy cómoda. Uno de los baños está arreglado y lis demás no. La casa está estupenda con a/a, vajillas, etc Las neveras que hay son un poco escasas para el número de personas que pueden residir y no tener que ir a la compra muy a menudo.
