Great hotel. The suite had a kitchenette as well equipped with Microwave, fridge, stove and necessary crockery and utensils. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. We couldn’t enjoy the breakfast at the restaurant as it was closed due to the holy month of Ramadan. However, room service was available. Great value for money.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night Pros: - Both rooms were spacious and clean - Beds were comfortable Cons: - noise from the busy road - no hot water in the morning - some reception staff don’t speak basic English - Concierge not interested in welcoming guests, taking care of their luggage Please be aware that you can’t walk far away in this area as there are no pavements

Extremely poor internet connection, speed so slow, like I’m back to the age of dial up. And hard to connect, always drop the connection. I stayed for 3 nights, no one came make up and clean my room. No one, can you believe it?

I came with a group of 13 friends and they loved the spacious rooms and cleanliness, the breakfast was fresh and nutritious. Amazing stay.

Big rooms
Wonderful experience. Friendly front desk and doorman. Room was very comfortable and large. Room 605 carpet is very old and needs replacement. Close proximity to the Jeddah airport. I would stay again.

Nice little hotel
We stayed there for a couple of nights. It is a small but nice hotel. All members are friendly. Breakfast was included. Close to the airport. Overall experience was excellent.

This review has few mixed reviews. Firstly, if you’re booking on Expedia then do so way in advance. Otherwise you’ll have to wait very long for the room. The receptionist was adamant for me to book directly with him rather then online. Not sure if it was Expedia’s delay or he purposely made us wait 45 mins. Now for the price and location you can’t go wrong the room was great and very spacious. A bit dim but the large open space covered that. 4/5

Overall pleasant stay
Overall pleasant stay…receptionist was kind and helpful as was the concierge. Room was well equipped and sufficient for the stay. Laundry service was also good. Breakfast could be improved with more choices and maybe a chef to prepare omelettes.

This is a great hotel with great prices. When coming from Jeddah, uber and google maps will probably guide you to the wrong place. Rooms were clean and service was great. I overslept and mixed breakfast so I cant really review that.

Very good hotel apartment with friendly staff. Clean and we'll maintained. Location is central and not far from the airport and the city center. No real view. Comfortable stay. Will stay again.
