I had poor AC and bathroom leak which lead the hotel crew to stay in my room for over an hour fixing the issues
I honestly don’t know where to begin
This resort is a disgrace on the movenpick franchise
It’s extremely outdated, not clean, and has mediocre guest services.
An example of the poor service
I called the front desk 3 times to provide me with a Power adapter as all of the power outlets in my room were outdated.
And guess what , they didn’t bring it to me at all !
Another major issue was the furniture, and let me tell you this
It’s so outdated and dirty in a way that was not acceptable for any hotel of any star rating.
Bottom line, find another place to stay other this big pile of outdated mess.
location was excellent, staff responses were extraordinary
however, the AC was leaking water, furnish was outdated and not comfortable to sit or lie, outside terrace was not painted or varnished, lawn was dirty, pool contained some debris

Place looks outdated. For the amount they charge I feel like it should look better then how they have the interior currently. Beyond that the stay was good.

Price doesnt match service
When i pay this much money on a hotel room i expect best of the beat service and comfort but unfortunately the staff responce to any thing i ask for "if they pick up the phone" is either too late or never happens, cleanliness of the room was my big issue and i dont think i might come back again with this services and price.
I like the location but the smell is very bad and so many Insects. Staff very lazy, restaurant is to much expensive.
2200 SR for night is to much for this resort. I will give zero star for it.
I expected something better for the price I paid and top of that there was no bread and breakfast. And to buy food or breaky from the resort was working out to be £50 per meal for a person. I wouldn't really recommend this place for a holiday or a break
Dirty room . dirty living room . oven not working . washing maching with no soap and old and rusty , no microwave ( remember its a 600$ resort ) dirty walls , dirty ceiling , dirty AC air ventilator passage . dirty sink .

Not bad experience but no internet access l complinte about that ..... Very expensive hotel i don't know why
I have a stay of 3 nights at Movenpick Al Nawras, in which I felt very confortable with every thing the service and food items during the breakfast the suite was amazing reflects the 5-star style. Also, the receptionist was always smiling to me when I was passed by.

بصراحة كنت متخوف من التقييم القليل وجازفت ، ولكن بالرغم من قدم الادوات والخدمات ، انما من افضل الفنادق لوجبة الافطار و ايضا للواجهة البحرية والصيانة العالية للمنتجع ..
اتوقع لو حافضت وزادت الادارة الصيانة وتغيير بعض الادوات .. ستكون من افضل المنتجعات بحكم الموقع الاستراتيجي
