“The staff are friendly. However, some of the room is broken and i have left something behind to the hotel and the hotel won't notice their customer for this. More importantly - the fragrance within the room is too strong and i don't think many customers can take this. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam, would highly recommend. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is clean and very-well managed, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool during out stay, which was amazing and has really long hours. The breakfast at the hotel has a wide variety of foods that would cater to all dietary restrictions and palates; the coffee shop inside the hotel is also amazing, especially the presentation and garnishing they do for……

“Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A Real Oasis! I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. “Hôtel incroyablement beau (entrée, réception). Ma chambre était plutôt vétuste mais propre. Belle vue. Personnel très froid, pas assez proactif pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Aucune proposition, on ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu. La réception et le concierge ne répondent pas au téléphone ou ligne en panne.”
