「Several of us have stayed in Luling for over three years as we search for Missing Person Jason Landry. The staff at Best Western are always kind and accomodating. We love the facilities as well. Getting two free drinks and chips and salsa are a nice bonus each evening.」

「Room is good and with somewhat less moving space. Cooler is new and so other stuff is also fine. Staff also is good and friendly. Adequate parking place. Breakfast available but not much bells and whistles. I noticed minor squeaking noise while sitting and standing on the bed. One fact not to ignore: The location is next to gas station. rarely or so your room may be on the same side. However once in the room that should not be any hinderance to stay or sleep. 」

「The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!」

「Im from the area and moved out of state when i come home this is the perfect spot to stay its clean, staff is friendly 」

「The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.」

「My room was an interior room. Yes, think inside stateroom on a cruise ship ie, no windows. I noticed the hand towel that was hanging up was damp meaning it was used. I didn't report it since there was a dry one available. Could not get the TV to go on but since i arrived back to my room aftet 9:00pm, I didn't want to bother anyone. Bed was comfortable enough. Didn't use the shower so no comments on this. 」

「Unfortunately the pool and fitness center were closed due to renovation. It would have been nice to know this in advance Ice water in main lobby would have been nice」

「no , the parking was very bad , the refrigerator was not working all our food got spoiled , bugs in the bathroom The only good thing was Ms Jen who was a sweetheart of an employee 」

「Cheap good option off the highway. Staff could have been more greating.. ice machine on sight was a nice addition」

「I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in....
