"Nice visit"

"Questioning the cleanliness practices. Shower walls and around side and bottom of shower mold that could easily be avoided if properly cleaned between guests, or at least once a week. Made me leery of standing on floor of shower. What possible germs might be the result of not sanitizing? One bath towel. No shower soap in dispenser. Obviously not being cleaned by room personnel, nor being under the oversight of a supervisor. Toilet bowl not stable to the floor. "

"The room was clean and well maintained. Appreciate the friendly staff & the delicious hot breakfast. The fresh cookies were an added bonus, too. The sweet lady who took care of the breakfast area did a wonderful job stocking the fresh hot food while keeping the area clean and neat. "
