路易斯安那服務式住宅

「Grate location, but building and furniture are all aged.」

「Great location, ideal for our family gathering, walking distance to French quarter, restaurants and museums, the trolley stops right outside. One garage parking space is included, additional parking is $35 per day.」

「Some simple things could enhance the stay.... your low hanging fruit Add tissues Add a shower wrack or put in shower ledges And just add a few extra hooks so the towels can hang near the opening of the shower......having half a shower door was weird too」

「The property was perfect location! We could walk to everything and we didn’t hear any city noise. The space was perfect, I liked the fact it was an apartment and not a traditional hotel. Great if you’re staying for more than a day or two.」

「We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...

「Apartment was great. Only thing I am really disappointed and frustrated about was they only have one elevator and two of the days of my stay the elevator was broken. I was on the sixth floor and we needed to haul boxes and luggage from our convention up and down the stairs. Should be an urgent matter in my opinion, especially if there are handicap people relying on elevators.」

「My stay at this place was great. No complaints at all. A little advice would be if you can have a water bottle for your guests would be great haha. We arrived at midnight and everything was closed nearby to get water but other that it was just perfect, I highly recommend. 😊」

「We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

「Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.」
