"This hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious with a great view. The hotel has so many property amenities, including a spa, gym, pools, restaurants, and shopping areas. I booked a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was very relaxing. We ordered room service several times and ate dessert at the Pop-up Plaza, and everything we ordered was delicious. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. It was a wonderful stay!"

"Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. "It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help.
