「This is an incredible property - even better than the pictures! The location in West Sedona is great - you have access to lots of restaurants and hiking without having to go into Uptown if you don't want to deal with traffic. The property is clean, and very well maintained - everything is spotless, well stocked, well organized. We are so glad we found this property and can't wait to come back!」

「We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly perfect for everything we needed! We came up to Sedona for maternity photos and the home was the perfect backdrop for some of the photos. We did accidentally leave a camera battery in the home but Mike was more than accommodating and helped us get it back! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!」

「What a beautiful setting. It is like living in a nationsl park with all the natural beauty and wildlife . We saw a jack rabbit, the family of javelin walk through the yard. We had four deer just chilling under a tree next to the deck on our last morning. An amazing sighting stag in the neighbors yard on the way to the grocery. 「Excellent in every possible way.We traveled with three couples, a baby and a dog and this house accommodated all of us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and everything we could possibly need was waiting upon our arrival. The owner was very quick to respond and we appreciated all of his input. We’re already planning our next stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home if you’re visiting Sedona!」

「We have stayed in Joel’s beautiful home several times and will definitely return. Very comfortable home with very nice recent updates. We love the sauna and hot tub. Location is perfect: close to everything yet quiet/peaceful. The host is a great communicator and very thoughtful to guests. This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona by far. 」
