「Great location 」

「Close to supermarket but the hotel is old fashion style…」

「This is a beautiful hotel, if you enjoy authentic Spanish architecture, classic style rooms, but with modern updates where needed then I would highly recommend you stay here. Very quiet, super friendly staff, in a somewhat out of the way/non touristy part of the city that gives you the authentic Madrid living experience, however it was still only about a half hour walking distance of all the major sites.」

「The room we stayed in is very small, but all necessary amenities are there. The location is excellent.」

「My wife left the money pocket on the bed night stand.. When we came back.. The pocket disappeared, then report to the reception, they said if they found it, 100% will put on the table.. But they didn't do anything.. End up, we lost the credit card, driving license and cash... of course, my wife careless was the main reason, but hotel didn't take any action.. We were so disappointed.... 」

「Super nice hotel with high standard and staff, also great location 」

「The shower room has some smell probably due to poor drainage. The bedsheet was not clean so we have to sleep on a one off bedsheet we brought over from home. Overall the quality of the room doesn’t meet with the price」
