"The elevators extremely small and the room location where like a cruise. Hard to remember how to get to my room. The cards stopped working for no reason and clerks seamed bothered by my asking for a working card"

"The stay was absolutely horrible because it was no HOT water for a shower. The water wasn’t even lukewarm it was freezing cold. We stayed 2 days and couldn’t shower I complained several times about this issue in Suite room 821. Also the breakfast was just a sack breakfast with stuff I can’t have. I picked this hotel because it had a hot continental breakfast which was false. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment until they fix their hot water heater very disappointing "
