The A/C in room was not efficient . Overall our stay was great but the room was hot even with fan. Also transport from hotel itself was a lot more expensive than just ordering a grab.

We had a great stay at Cross Breakers. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Sari was the highlight of our mornings—her smile and positive energy were truly uplifting. Angus brought us our coffee each day and kindly helped us find the spa when we got lost. On our first day, a kind server (wish we got his name!) took the time to explain the local currency, which helped us a lot. And Ninda made sure every request we had was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Unsere Villa mit Pool, sowie die komplette Anlage war unfassbar sauber, das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und entspannend. Das Essen war hervorragend, natürlich für indonesische Verhältnisse teuer, dafür mussten wir aber nie Angst vor Bali Belly haben. Das Hotel ist abseits der Touristenmassen, was unserer Meinung nach sehr schön war. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank!

The people at this property were so attentive. Yoga the guy that checked us in on our first night was amazing. He along with the other staff made sure that all of our needs were met. I was so pleased with the villa. It had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and super clean. This place looks just like the pictures. We would definitely return if we visit Bali again.

Lovely facility, room to grow in guest experience

The facility is stunning and visually impressive, but our overall experience fell short. We spent three nights in a villa with a private pool. Unfortunately, securing an appointment at the spa proved challenging. Although we were told prior to arrival that reservations were unnecessary, I highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. The biggest issue we encountered was the inconsistency in enforcing hotel policies, which impacted our experience significantly. On our first night, a group of loud British guests were smoking, swearing, and playing their own music by the pool, right next to the restaurant. Despite our complaints to the restaurant staff, they merely smiled and seemed unresponsive. We also reported the issue to reception, but the noise persisted even after we returned to our room, which was situated close to the pool. On the second night, the same group returned, and the situation worsened when one of the intoxicated guests came over and burped beside us repeatedly while we were dining. Naturally, we left and lodged more formal complaints. Following this, the reception staff assured us they had addressed the situation and instructed their personnel to monitor pool usage after 7 PM, in line with hotel policy. While the disturbances ceased the next day, it's perplexing why the hotel struggled to enforce its own rules, which diminished the experience for us and likely for other guests as well.
