Suzhou Jinji Lake Hotels

"The perfect family hotel, amazing property and amenities."

"absolutely beautiful hotel with very large rooms. I had an amazing view across the city. Room service was prompt and delicious and the staff were really attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay"

"This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here."

"Modern and contemporary hotel"

"Clean room & Amazing staffs."

"Lively vibe, super clean, staff and food was great"

"Staffs were very nice especially our housekeeper was filling up everything accordingly and did the bedding nicely. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful night time city view. Great location within 3 mins walk to subway station. Would greatly recommend to first time visitors."

"Perfect place for business stay"

"Good location"

"Staff xiaohui is very helpful"

"like the gardening a lot... remind me of the Park Hyatt Kyoto"

"The apartment hotel room was good and the breakfast had lots of options."

"Beautiful view"

"Great interior design. Spacious room and washroom. Comfi beds. Nice view of the Jinji lake and oriental arch if the unit is above 5th floor and facing the lake. Breakfast is very complete with styles of Chinese, European, American. Manager Evans taking really good care of guest concerns. Overall great experience for my stay. "

"The room should have been non-smoking but it smelled like smoking. The room key card case seemed to be recycled; the room number part was rewrited many times."

"Good people, good service"
