“The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. This place was the ultimate getaway for Puerto Rico at one time. Somebody needs to step up and bring it back. The staff running……

“Place was clean. Towels and linens fresh. Pots and pans relatively new and non-stick. AC worked well and could be adjusted for each room. Outdoor space was incredible. We could open the curtains from our bed and see the ocean. There is no price for that. We ate breakfast in the morning on the patio, gazing at the ocean and had a glass of wine and watched the sunset in the same patio. Communication was responded to promptly.
