「We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. 「Essen erstklassig (Frühstück sowie Abendessen in Buffetform). Wellnessbereich toll, allerdings fehlt mir ein Becken mit warmem Wasser (über 30 Grad). Standard-Zimmer sind wertig, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Waren schon ca. 10 mal im A-Rosa. Gerne wieder! 」

「Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und sehr gepflegter Spa Bereich. Alles perfekt. Tolles Bäckercafé im Haus. Kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz fußläufig erreichbar. 」

「Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet und man muss echt sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels hervorragend ist. Binnen 7 Minuten ist man im Ortskern von Kitzbühel. Das Service war wirklich mehr als nur zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hervorragend! Auch die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig mit riesigen Balkon. Die beiden SPA Bereiche waren ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend. Einziges Manko ist meines Erachtens das Parken, welches mit € 30,- pro Nacht verrechnet wird. Das sollte eigentlich im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein,...
