“Very friendly staff!!! Very clean room!!!”

“We had an early morning flight, so we opted to stay in Detroit and dine at the hotel. The hotel’s a cool remodeled fire house and bank , the location was conveniently situated just off the highway. The staff was exceptional, and the food was really good. What more could I possibly want?! Additionally, as a platinum member at Expedia , I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.”

“We stayed one night and I appreciated the design of the hotel, with unique details. It was a little loud for my taste, apparently my neighbors had a problem at night and had to change rooms - they were not quiet about it. It was a random weekday so I can't imagine what it's like on a weekend. The staff tried to be really nice but there was a lot of confusion. None of them seemed to know about a complimentary cocktail besides welcome champagne even though it's listed right on the amenity page of……

“Pretty out-of-date hotel. It’s totally a “me” thing but I forgot a square to plug into the wall for my phone cord. Most hotels have USB ports available for charging. This one didn’t. The room was small and very basic. There was a purple stain on the bedding and there was a contact case under the stool in front of the TV. Just small things that could have made it better. The reception lady wasn’t very warm, either. The elevators take forever to go up and down. And the valet is extremely……

“The room was clean, having a nice operating kitchen was a great touch. I had no idea the queen bed was inside of its own decently sized bedroom I really liked that. Sofa bed put in some work too.”

“It was a good experience overall with a perk of free parking for hotel guests! The front concierge were amazing and helpful When we booked separate reservations when asked if we could be on the same floor they were great! I can’t recall their name but it was a nice African American girl that had blue nails at the time. Super helpful and friendly”
