"The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time. The next day our tub drain stopper was broke. The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The heat/ac unit in our room blew at top speed, no in between. Bathroom only has a door for the toilet so if you are sharing a room the sink is outside the bathroom. The gym was amazing, had everything. Pool area was nice. The buffet breakfast is the same grade as the free ones yet they charge $25 for adults and children over 10."

"When washing towels, they need to wash them separately from things that smell like food. The shower towels smell like barbecued pork. We were on the first floor, adjacent to other people who don't understand that. Sunday morning is a sleep-in morning for the Western world. Some individual, and I assume his kid, decided to have a 10-minute conversation in the hallway at around 8:00 a.m. The hotel addressed it. But our sleep was still disrupted. So if you're looking for a place where you can sleep in on a Sunday morning on the first floor, this is probably not the best place for you."

"The room was clean and the staff was great. It’s a little outdated but that’s to be expected as they were remodeling at this time. Only complaint I really have is the pillows were too soft. "

"The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!"

"Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Toilet not clean. Stain on bed sheet. Stain in carpet. But a quick shuttle to the airport (12 minutes) at 4 am!"
