「This was not the hotel portrayed in the Expedia ad, The outside was terrible as was the inside. The coffee maker didn't work, and the tv remote had a mind of it's own. The hydro went off at 6:30 am, so no air conditioning , or breakfast . The mattress and lamp shade, were terribly stained, so we slept on top of the bed, instead of in it. The carpet was stuck down with duct tape in areas, and the room had not been dusted in ages. If I do not get a full refund from Expedia I will never use them...

「I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.」

「Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed.」

「Excellent location, spacious accommodation, parking was easy. Excellent gastropub at the bottom of the building. Great area with excellent bars and restaurants. Delightful.」

「Motel is in a run down part of town. Bed was comfortable. The motel is pretty well worn. It was cheapest place around half way near Toronto.」

「They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to.」
