“They don’t have key for the room , property was scary , never seen like this one before”

“The key card system was down and so staff had to escort us to our room x 3. Everything was operational by the time we returned from dinner. Staff was apologetic but it was a pain. ”

“For a new hotel I was disappointed with our room The towel rack was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them and the general cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. The mirrors were smudged. It is a busy hotel and the turnover is great but a standard needs to be maintained. Do not rest on your laurels. Keep it Clean for all of our sakes.”

“Staff were courteous and helpful with our questions. Location was convenient to destination. Parking was available at our ground level room. Used the pool and hot tub which were well maintained. No breakfast was available on site.”

“Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed.”

“The was clean ,not fancy at all but it was a comfortable room to watch TV, relax and a place to sleep.Good parking and walking distance to the restaurants and can even walk down the walking and cycling trail to the Dundas plaza.”

“Bed was not comfortable at all, too small and not sturdy. People were smoking week outside from the other room.”

“I booked the place after that it has EV charger on spot but the charger was out of serviec. With almost 0% battery in my rental car, I end up towing the car without any assistance from the Expedia and the management.”

“I like staying at this property because it is in a convenient location for banks and stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, parking is plentiful, it’s great for dog owners to walk in a safe area, there are lots of food choices both take out and eat in restaurants within walking distance many are open later. There is a public library across the road that allows for out of town guests to use day passes for the computers/copiers. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Air conditioning and heat……

“They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to.”
