“My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Our room and the rest of the property was very clean and bright. Although the property is very old the amenities were modern, yet you still had the feel of old southern living. Abigail, our hostess was great. She was very friendly and was able to make us feel at home. We didn't partake in the breakfast due to our sightseeing adventures, but it was offered. There are some rooms that are purported to be haunted. Our reason for staying there for the……

“For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue.
Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was……

“Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value.
The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a……

“We've stayed at the Restoration multiple times over the past 5+ years. We love the location and the room types as they are very nicely designed and spacious. However, we have noticed over the past two stays that the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, are in much need of a remodel. We stayed in room 305 this week and the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The shower is a mess, showerhead was leaking all around the connection point and the TVs would not connect to the streaming services……
