"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and there were many aspects of the hotel we appreciated. The lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the property consistently smelled wonderful. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to sleep soundly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was outstanding! The location was another highlight, with nearly everything we wanted to explore within walking distance. However, a few areas fell short of expectations, particularly considering the substantial nightly rate. While cleanliness was generally acceptable, certain details could have received more attention. We were also disappointed that several amenities required additional fees, making the experience feel less inclusive than anticipated. Although the staff was friendly and courteous, communication and follow-through could be improved. We reported that our room’s refrigerator wasn’t functioning and were assured maintenance would come, but no one arrived. After following up the next day, we learned it was actually a cooler (it did not look like a cooler). Clearer communication initially would have spared us the unnecessary wait. Despite these shortcomings, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The beautiful atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast, and convenient location were memorable. With greater attention to detail, more responsive service, and better value in its amenities, this hotel could easily provide a five-star experience."

"If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!"
