Property is extremely clean. Its a very nice place and well appointed. It is convenient to downtown Johnson City and ETSU. Definitely a good place to stay when you are in town.

Looking for a reason to go back

Loved everything about it! The place was clean and the decor made me feel at home. The location is perfect as it is close to ETSU, good food, and hiking. The neighborhood is nice, my sister and I felt very safe there.

It worked out really well for what I needed. Up for a few days to look at property and to get in some fishing. It was centrally located, close to restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood, just across from the campus. So much nicer than a hotel stay.

This was a very cozy place to stay. I loved how clean and well-kept it was. The parking was around back which is not what we were used to, but the owner gave very clear and precise directions on how to get to the parking. The owner made it super easy to find. The area was quiet but conveniently located to other parts of town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to ETSU

Kitchen is super functional. Great space in the living room and bedroom. I would prefer to have a TV in the living room instead of the bedroom. The furniture would have to be reorganized but it is doable. You can hear upstairs steps but you get use to it. Loading and unloading is efficient because it is flat from the driveway to the apartment door, i.e. , no stairs.

Cute, Convenient, Clean, & Cozy

Don't let the plain outside fool you, this place is ADORABLE inside! The property was super clean, well decorated, well stocked (even COFFEE), the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in a rental in several years & the record player with records was such a fun extra touch. The host was amazing & answered a call from me immediately when there was a software glitch which locked me out the night the time change happened. ( I was worried calling super late after going out but the issue was immediately resolved). I also LOVED the lack of a giant chore list (it seems like most rentals charge a huge cleaning fee & then ask you to do all the cleaning) Thank you for keeping your rental a relaxing experience from beginning to end. I will stay here again when visiting my daughter at ETSU (this property is practically across the street from campus) I 110% recommend this property!

Great location, and clean

This place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was just the right size for me and my husband. Considering the bedroom did not have a door, I would not recommend kids, or multiple couples. For us it was perfect and in a nice neighborhood. Great recommendations for food and activities as well, some of which we went to. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay!
