"On Tuesday, we arrived at the room at 4:30 pm, only to discover it was not ready. I had specifically requested an ADA-compliant room. Unfortunately, I had to make two return trips to the front desk as the available ADA rooms were undergoing maintenance and lacked functioning bathrooms, as informed by the housekeeping staff. Furthermore, these rooms were located at a considerable distance from the elevator, posing a challenge for my uncle, who weighs approximately 390 pounds and has limited mobility. We experienced a delay of approximately 1.5 hours before being assigned a room that met his needs. The following day, upon preparing to depart, we contacted the valet service, only to be informed that they had misplaced the keys to our rental vehicle. We waited for an additional 1.5 hours, and upon finally locating the keys, the staff seemed uncertain as to how they had been misplaced in the area where they were ultimately found."

"Technically there's nothing WRONG with the property...reasonably clean, etc. but, because it's Fredericksburg, the price of the rooms is hard to take considering they're Motel 6 quality. "

"LOVED our stay at the green Casita :) it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The location could not be any more PERFECT. It is super clean and has everything you need for a weekend away. Comfy bed, a grill and a Keurig. And the property has it's own trails that you can explore with cows and deer. It's a nature lover's dream. Cold a/c, great bathroom and the front porch has the most beautiful sunset views. 10/10 for our stay!"
