“When I checked in, I noticed that it was humid. This is a walkout basement and it had been raining recently. After a quick walk through, I noticed several dead and alive bugs ( spiders and moisture bugs ) along baseboards. There were also small bugs crawling around in the shower and kitchen counters. The host reached out about the exterior light not working and I reported the bug issues as well as general cleanliness comments. The host said they would talk with the cleaner and offered to freshen……

“Good location for visiting the University. Very clean and looked new. We had a nice stay, however the instructions for parking garage and apartment building entrance & elevator were confusing. Also, misinformation on parking spot. Had a lot of back and forth communication with co-host for over an hour. Not fault of owners but note that there was a lot of street noise during night and early morning and a couple of homeless people just outside the building.”
