「We enjoyed the cabin. Sitting on the front porch was very relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. Opening the window made the air conditioner unnecessary in 70-80 degree weather. Great location too. Close to Mount Rushmore and centrally located to other places like Custer state park and Rapid city. Would stay again if we are up this way. 」

「Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

「The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!」

「Such a great Lodge! So glad I found this gem. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful location with a “view” of GW & TJ on Mount Rushmore. About a 2 minute drive to the monument. Large area for kids to play in the evening and a fire pit to cozy around in the evenings. We had a delicious burger in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast was on par for free hotel breakfast. The only negative I would have is that the rooms are not very soundproof. And definitely ask for an upstairs...

「Great little place! Clean and friendly staff. We ordered pizza and ate out on the amazing outdoor dinning areas they have available. They also have grills available for you to use. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「The property is located in the country with horses coming to the fence to greet you. The cabin is decorated very nicely and fits very well with the country location. Everything we needed was provided in regards to kitchen items,dishes,towels, shampoo, conditioner,body wash... The location was ideal for our trip to Custer State Park and Keystone area.Everything was exceptional.」

「Ghost Canyon Gettaway is a wonderful place! All aspects of our stay were very enjoyable. Communication with our host was great. Everything was clean and the location is quiet. It's close to Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore and Wind Cave is not that far either. Hermosa is reasonably close to get supplies or go eat. My wife had a nice time and that's important:) Highly recommended!」
