“Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! ”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better location, right in the center of all major attractions, walking distance to convenient stores, shop, restaurants and anything else you need. “I was in Rapid City for a schooling, although we wanted to take advantage of some site seeing as well. Great location, easy access, very comfortable house. Everything you need while away from home. “I stayed here with my wife and grand daughter 2 years ago and enjoyed so much I returned with 2 friends for a guy trip. The house was perfect for our needs, nicely located for visits to all the sites we wanted to see and walking distance to downtown restaurants.The property was clean and had everything we needed.This will be the first place I look for if I come back in the future'”

“This place was absolutely charming! We traveled with our two kids - 6 and 3. It was clean, nicely decorated and the Keurig and FREE NICE laundry facility worked awesome for our long trip! We would definitely stay here again! The host was extremely responsive when I had questions. We also felt safe with several locking doors (with codes) into our unit. Thank you Joe!”

“The house was cute & clean & had nice separation for multiple families. The host was extremely responsive when I needed assistance. The only tiny ding is it’s across the street from baseball fields & a fire station but the windows were well insulated so the sound was barely audible. 5 stars & I would highly recommend!”
