「I checked in on 06/18 our bathroom floor was wet(as if it was just mopped). We didn’t realize at first and walked on it. This caused the floor to get dirty. That’s also a safety hazard. Someone could have slipped. There was a person assigned to us because of my Expedia membership. She was not very helpful. Poor customer service. On 07/21/26 we ran out of shower gel. We called and were told the property had none. They said they would provide bar soap. We never received it!!! Call to the numbers...

「Honestly, I wish we never booked here. However, it was last minute and we heard it was a good place to stay, that mustve been a looong time ago. FIRST, we paid for ALL INCLUSIVE and it felt like it didn't include anything. The room they gave us was not what we saw on the website. Fridge was empty. No room service (had to ask for towels and washcloths) Room was never cleaned, Bathroom door was broken. There were time slots for breakfast (7:30am-10am), lunch (12pm-4), and dinner (6:30pm-10pm)....

「Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon.」

Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous.」
