1. one of the bedrooms was used as a storeroom.
2. the glass divider in the bathroom is loose
3. no rug in the toilet with the bathtub.
4. no trash bags provided.
5. being on the 17th floor, it's so difficult to get into the lift/elevator when down. It's always full.
Nevertheless, we appreciate the staff who gave clear instructions on checking in/out. And also to have a hot/cold water dispenser in the kitchen is most helpful!
