「The beds were comfortable and there were plants of blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even left us complimentary waters. They also had extra cots. The only thing about the place was that you could tell someone lives there. There was a drawer filled with someone’s personal belongings and the trashcan outside was full. One of the cots also smelled of pee. All of that was small stuff to me. Would def book again. 」

「First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. It was difficult to sleep as it was extremely noisy between neighbors moving furniture better noise ! The bed was not so comfortable , For 250.00 to just barely rest I would not return here. 「Maybe the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Couldn’t beat the location for a conference at GWCC; it’s just a short walk on the Beltline. It is downtown Atlanta, so I did run into a few sketchy people, but I felt safe in the unit. Some machines weren’t working in the gym. Still, great location, free & easy parking, and amazing value.」
