“Not the best hotel. Aging. Beds too soft. Musty smell. “Just ok”.”

“No microwave in the room. Thought that was odd.”

“We will not stay there again. Staff were slow and rude. We called about the AC not cooling the room and the staff said there was no maintenance and offered a refund. When we first entered the room there was a big puddle just inside the front door from when they power-washed the entire outside. A miscellaneous charge appeared on our card after our stay which the manager could not account for so we had to cancel our card. Booked the stay because they advertise connecting/adjoining rooms but when……

“My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol”

“We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!”

“Bathroom floors were dirty from the previous tenants. Air conditioning didn’t work at all, had to be about 80 degrees in my room.”

“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”
