「Location, location, location! This wonderful little property was 1 1/2 blocks from the Parliament Buildings. There was easy access to everything downtown and waterfront. It was quiet, elegant, and comfortable. Diane was right on site, and available for questions. Off street parking was available. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the private garden was wonderful! We cannot speak highly enough of this property.」

「We had a wonderful 30 day stay at The Sailors Rest. Well equipped home away from home. Paloma the dog loved the walk through the forest to the close by off leash park where she made lots of friends. The hot tub was well maintained and was a lovely end to the days after exploring Duncan and the Cowichan area.」

「This unit is more than a B&B…it’s a spacious 1 bedroom unit. My hosts had the fridge full of breakfast foods, drinks, and even an evening meal in the freezer. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m visiting friends in North Saanich. I moved from North Saanich to northwestern Ontario in September 2023 and this made my return visit so special. I highly recommend this unit.」

「This is the cutest little getaway, a short drive from Victoria or Nanaimo. It really feels like you're away from the city, the view from the hot tub is amazing. Great spot for couples or a getaway with friends. I would love to stay again one day!」

We spent our days exploring nearby beaches and trails followed by evening soaks in the hot tub in the private and tranquil backyard. The house is spacious with a large kitchen for meal preparation and a comfortable living room with wood stove fireplace for relaxing evenings. Highly recommend!」
