"Very good property , new, clean , friendly staff , ideal location for BART and restaurants. However ask for proper extra bed if housing more than 2 people. Extra sofa bed was uncomfortable. "

Good location close to North Berkeley shops/restaurants as well as Tilden Park trails. Easy driveway parking, especially for the Berkeley hills! Quiet and peaceful. "

"As a mother daughter needing a one night stay, my main concern was safety & cleanliness, this hotel met both. It is difficult to find a moderate priced hotel & the Signature was a good choice. No frills, a little noisey since we were on the street side, beds were very firm, however; I would stay here again. Lots of food choices nearby as well as a 7-11 couple of doors down. Desk clerk friendly & helpful."
