“Nice”

“This version sounds personal and genuine, like something you’d naturally say: I absolutely love staying here. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect. You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. I honestly feel like I can call them my friends. As a female, there have been times……

“First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it. Further more, our ac unit in the room barely worked, the microwave blew when we used it. The shower head is old and rusty needs to be……

“The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The hotel is in excellent condition and I felt was very clean. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Longview and will not stay anywhere else.”

“Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.”

“I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.”

“The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. The AC in the room worked, however, it kept going on and off and was never on constantly which is very annoying. The room was clean but had a bad smell. The beds squeaked every time you moved. It rained in the middle of the night which caused……
