“Our experience at the Springfield Hotel was exceptional. The attentive, caring and very professional staff made our stay so enjoyable. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Staff who we had the privilege to interact with were Linda at the front desk and Caroline in the dining room. We had very pleasant interaction with other staff but didn’t get names to mention.
The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our breakfasts and a lunch while staying there.
