“Great small hotel in a good location, comfortable room. Only issue was that I could hear the people walking around in the room above me quite a lot through the floors. They weren't being loud or anything, just the nature of the building I think. Something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.”

“This was our third time staying at the Dekalb. We enjoy our time on the European side, but we love our time at the Dekalb and the Asian side. The vibe and energy around Kadikoy is authentic and with more local people out and about with far fewer tourists, yet you have ferry and Metro access right outside the hotel. The hotel is exceedingly clean and well maintained, the Dekalb team/staff is very supportive and customer responsive to any questions or needs, and restaurant while not crowded is……

Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance.
