"Location, location, location! This comfortable and well-stocked condo sits right above the wave action on the rocks. (You will miss that sound when you go home.) A small, almost private black-rock beach is a quick walk to the north end of the complex. (Locals like this spot. So do the sea turtles.) Keauhoe Shopping Center is just a quick 5-minute drive up the road. (Nice KTA grocery store, Long's Drug, several restaurants, a bookstore, ...) It is just outside Kona for peace and quiet but only a short drive into town. (Take the free trolley/bus from KTA and save paying 26 for two hours.) End your day sitting on the communal patio for the five units by watching the sunset. (Maybe the green flash?)The owner/host deserves 10/5 stars! for his quick responses and helpfulness.Mahalo!"
