Quiet place right on the beach!

We like this condo so much we’ve come back two years in a row. It’s always well maintained with first class finishes, and it’s one of the few places around with direct beach access.

Paradise

Our family just had an amazing vacation at Gina's property. Our villa was the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the beautiful paradise. The unit is well maintained, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed all of the beach essentials provided in the locker as well. The property is truly beautiful, taking in the sunrise, sunset, beaches, pool and trails. Communication was so easy. Gina provided detailed information prior to our stay. We had a very smooth check in and stay, and our vacation was seamless. If we return to the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our 50 year wedding anniversary with a family trip to Hawaii.. With several young grandchildren along, the villas were perfect! Lots of space for playing, easy pool and beach access, grocery stores near by and restaurants like Lei Leis where we could order take-out. I loved being able to call ahead with questions and talk to a person. The views of the ocean are spectacular! The North Shore provides a quieter atmosphere than Waikiki, but you can still drive there in a little over an hour if you want. We highly recommend the Paradise Helicopter tours right by the Villas. Fun to watch even if you don’t want to fly. Also several in our group loved the guided Bird-watching experience. Our 11 year old grandson walked in and proclaimed, “I’ve found my new home!”

We couldn’t have asked for a better setup.If there was one downside, it would be the approach taken by the woman overseeing pool and property rules. Rather than calmly reminding the children to adjust their behavior, she started the conversation at a high level of intensity—more of a reprimand than a request. While it wasn't a major issue, a more measured and respectful tone would likely be more effective and better received.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Wonderful stay at Oceanfront Villas

Every aspect of this property was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. The storage closet had boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and sand toys. Beds and baths were luxurious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Would love to return again!

Thanks for sharing this beautiful property! Perfect for nana, kids and toddler grands. Beach chairs and snorkeling gear were a bonus. Turtle Bay was just what we needed! We cooked in, visited food trucks and ordered take away from Beach House. All great. Day trips to Kualoa Ranch, Botanical Gardens, Sharks Cove and more! Parking was great or 2 rental cars.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the location of the property, steps to the pool, ocean, oceanfront restaurant/bar, walking trails, beaches, etc, etc. The unit was clean and nicely furnished - the living room was all new furniture! The beds were so comfortable, we had everything we needed (and more!) in the unit and locker with beach supplies. The property management company is fantastic to work with and super responsive. We were a little disappointed with the air conditioning not working; for the first 24 hours our unit was 78+ degrees which made it pretty uncomfortable our first day & night. The service and communication during this issue was great, we were kept updated throughout and the problem was soon resolved. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay comfortable!
