「De ligging is rustig , gezellig ,accommodatie is prima , personeel is heel vriendelijk en gastvrijheid is top , een kleine minpunt is : deze hotel is niet geschikt voor rolstoelen , voor de rest is top 👍👍👍」

「The hotel is good. Rooms are a bit dated but have comfortable beds. The view of the Reichsburg Cochem is amazing from the balcony. Breakfast was good, the only thing lacking is fresh fruit options. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are no elevators,so you have to carry your suitcase up flights of stairs. Staff will do this for you if you would like, it may take a bit but they will bring it」

「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Es war sehr schön, der Empfang war unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kleine Anmerkung: Weil das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist, war es an den Tagen an denen wir da waren, sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil, aber zur Not hat auch der kleine Ventilator, der im Zimmer vorhanden war, gepasst. Danke, für die sehr angenehmen Tage. Gruß Beate und Arnold」

「Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights. They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Vi hade ingen utsikt mer än mot en vägg. Inga byten av handdukar på 4 dagar och dessutom hårda, illaluktande handdukar. Fick rum tre trappor upp trots att vi bett om inga trappor. Ynkligt litet duschrum utan ventilation. Frukosten var ok men värdparet satt som övervakare hela tiden. Vi fick beställa antalet bröd första dagen, inga kex, knäckebröd eller kakor. 」

「Very disappointing experience. Before our stay, I emailed the property to ask if the rooms had air conditioning because we were traveling during very hot weather. I never received a response. When we arrived, we spoke with the front desk staff, and they confirmed that the property does not have air conditioning. Because of this, we could not stay there.
