Would Stay There Again

This property was the perfect place to rest at the end of each day while we were exploring the island. It was in a good location too…close to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store.

This place has everything you could possibly need and then some!

They had everything that you could possible need for an amazing stay here! So many extras like beach gear, toys and even life jackets for kids! The hosts was so kind and accommodating and quick at answering any questions. Spacious place and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Property was clean and well furnished with beach equipment, two blocks from the pier. Disappointingly the pool was having maintenance done and was closed, informed the landlord, who apparently was unaware, they credited us an appropriate amount. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great condo in Kailua-Kona

We very much enjoyed our stay at this quiet and clean condo. Well laid out with all the amenities (and more) that you’ll need. Nice and close to groceries and restaurants and a short walk to the heart of town and beach.

Senior softball tournament short stay

This condo is great ! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Quick and pleasant response by email to one question I had during the stay. Convenient location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and to the softball fields! Close to beaches but we just enjoyed the hot tub and pool area instead.

Perfect place.

This property has it all! Kitchen pantry, bathroom items, books/games, computer cords, large deck. Close distance to the restaurants, beach, pool, but still quiet as it’s off the road. Perfect place for triathletes, small active families, work-cations.

Great Place for Total Access to Kona

This was a great place for access to walking to town as well as convenient access to the main highways. The hosts provide many little necessities to make the stay “over the top” and were easily accessible when we had questions. We did not find it “breezy” but it was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location for almost everything

The property is excellently located for walking into town as well as for getting supplies. It provides many of the “little necessities” that one finds at home. The access to the highway was easy. The contact people were very responsive and helpful. If we were to come here again, we would definitely check to see if this place were available.

2024 spring break

This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. We used and felt grateful for the snorkeling gears, the beach chairs & umbrella, the mineral sunscreen spray, and the aloe gel. The in-unit washer & dryer were very convenient. The ceiling fan and the AC units worked well. Oh, and the property is a mere 10-minute walk away from the Kona Pier, where the Ironman swimming leg starts. It’s also close to shops, eats, and markets. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Outstanding Property-Very Nice

The check-in process was very simple, with clear instructions. The very minor questions we had about a couple of items were responded to very quickly and clearly by the owner, either by text or phone call. The unit was spotless and everything one needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay was made available or could be gotten very close by at two major shopping centers. Many restaurants, pubs and the beach area were minutes away. Access to the Ring Road to get to all the other sights on the island was very close. The airport was only 15 minutes away. We have stayed at many properties in the US and all over Europe in in the past 20+ years and this condo was the best. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo has everything you can possibly need and the hosts are extremely nice to share their home with you. It has a full kitchen with spices, cooking oil, you name it, they have it. It has snorkle equipments, beach embrella and chair... The condo community has a swimming pool too. The condo is also very quiet, no traffic, in a community where quiet hours are from 10-7, so we've had 7 nights of good sleep. Location is walking distance (9 minutes) to downtown Kona and beach. We've had a great time. Some people found it hard to find this condo but we found it pretty easily. Just zig-zag through the parking lot to the swimming pool and the condo entrance is on the other side. If you walk to downtown and back, follow the pretty and shaded entrance road straight out and in.

Perfect Location

This was there first trip for my son and I together and the location was perfect, as well as the condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! My son loved to go to the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here!
