We didn't want to leave! The panoramic views from this condo are breathtaking and never get old. From watching early morning surfers to midday fish and sunsets in the evening, there is always something mesmerizing to watch. We also saw multiple whales every day from the lanai (which was way better than our whale watching tour!). The condo itself is clean, comfortable, stylish, and well stocked. It is evident that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the space. Further, the location is just a short walk to downtown Kona where we went daily for coffee, acai bowls, or happy hour. We even walked to 2 different farmer's markets to stock up on local produce. We can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great (5 - 10 min walk to the touristy part of Kailua and restaurants) and you will find everything you need in the apartment. The views are the best!

The sunset views were fantastic, the location was great and the parking was abundant. There were pool and beach toys and coolers for use on excursions. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

This property had an amazing view that you simply can't beat anywhere else. The unit is a bit outdated but it had everything you could need and was in perfect walking distance to downtown. Waking up to the ocean and waves right in front of you every day was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is right on the shoreline and the deck looks right out on a tide pool that two turtles sunned in every day. It is easy to access and had all of the amenities we could ask for.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We greatly enjoyed our visit to Hawaii. The location of the condo was perfect. Only blocks away from the first Christian church on the island, shopping, the Royal Kona luai, manta ray dives and snorkeling, beautiful beaches and more. The condo was clean, in good condition, comfortable beds, beautiful views of ocean. Pool was nice. Met lots of friendly, kind people.
